To prepare Swiss Chard: after cleansing well, pull leaves away from thick stalks. Chop the stalks up and then tear the leaves in smaller pieces.
Saute the chopped stalk first and
and then 2-3 minutes later add the chard leaves. I dress the chard with a little Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s and for a full meal add cooked ground turkey and brown rice. Yee-haw. Greens cook down quite a lot by the way so what looks like a lot will cook down by more than half.
